Australian Post is used for shipping your product.

• Express Post  - $14.95
• Rest of the world - $26.95

Shipping Conditions:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
• Multiple exchanges will require you to send a prepaid envelope or satchel.
• For change of mind or incorrect ordering, the buyer will be required to provide us with a Stamped self-addressed post satchel so we can exchange your items.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  
  

  Refund policy

  We hope that you love our products just as much as we do. If however, you are not 100% happy with your product, please don't hesitate to contact us via email on info@casitabebes.com noting your order number in the subject line.
  
  Should you wish to return or exchange your product please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • All products must be in original unworn condition.
  • No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
  • We do not reimburse postage costs.
  • Due to hygiene restrictions on selected items we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.

    
  HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR CHANGE OF MIND 

  1. Contact us by sending us an email within 30 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return.

  1. Once we have read your email & accepted your return, we will email you our return shipping address. PLEASE NOTE the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  2. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office.
  3. Once we have received your returned item & done our final inspection, we will begin to process your return & send you an email with a store credit. PLEASE NOTE If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full RRP.
