Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Post - $9.95
  • Express Post - $14.95
  • Rest of the world - $26.95

We provide free shipping on all orders over $100. International customers receive free shipping on orders over $150 in total value today.

Delivery times align with Australia Post schedules. These estimated transit times apply once your order has been processed and dispatched.

All baby clothing must be in the original, unworn condition. All tags must remain attached to the garment for the return to be valid.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. This also applies to any clearance products found in our shop.

We do not reimburse original postage costs or return shipping fees. This policy applies under any circumstances for all our customers.

Due to hygiene restrictions on selected items, we cannot offer a refund. This includes change of mind on specific nursery products.

How to Return Your Items for Change of Mind

  1. Email info@casitabebes.com within 30 days. Include your full name, order number, and the specific items you wish to return.

Please use the email subject line: "RETURN #order number". This helps our team process your request faster than a standard type query.

  1. Once accepted, we will email our return address. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser at all times.
  2. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office. Please keep your tracking receipt for verification of your return to our home office.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your return. You will receive an email containing your personal store credit code.

If you used a discount code, you get the exact value paid. This is not the full RRP listed on our main shop site for the item today.

All returning items must be in new, unworn condition. We cannot accept returns if tags are removed or items have been washed at home.

Casita Bebès is not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We strongly recommend paying for tracked shipping when returning any items.
