Casita Bebés offers baby and children's clothing, accessories and related products.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.
Due to the nature of textiles, knitted products, natural fibres and different production batches, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, measurements or detailing may occur. These variations are not necessarily considered faults.

3. SIZING

Prices may change at any time without notice. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where permitted by applicable law.
Prices displayed for international customers may be converted into another currency depending on the customer's location, website settings or payment provider.
Currency conversion rates may fluctuate. Your card issuer, bank or payment provider may also charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees. Casita Bebés is not responsible for fees independently charged by your financial institution or payment provider.

- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotional codes may not be combined with another offer;
- exclusions may apply to particular products or collections;

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
9. GIFT CARDS
Where Casita Bebés gift cards are available, they may be redeemed for eligible purchases through our online store in accordance with the conditions stated when the gift card is issued.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Any expiry period or other conditions applying to a gift card will comply with applicable Australian law.
Customers are responsible for keeping gift card information secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe a gift card has been used without authorisation.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Casita Bebés delivers within Australia and to selected destinations worldwide.
Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout where available.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, peak periods, weather events, carrier disruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, additional shipping or redelivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Casita Bebés proudly ships worldwide to supported destinations.
International shipping availability, costs and delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and will be displayed or calculated at checkout where available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, customs processing fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where duties and taxes are expressly shown as included or collected at checkout, they will be handled according to the relevant checkout arrangement. Where they are not collected by Casita Bebés at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon import or delivery.
Casita Bebés does not control charges independently imposed by foreign customs authorities, governments or delivery providers.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Casita Bebés may lawfully be imported into their destination country.
Customs processing may delay an international shipment. Such processing is outside our reasonable control.
Where an international parcel is refused, remains unclaimed, cannot be delivered because of incorrect customer-provided information, or is returned because applicable duties or taxes have not been paid, reasonable return or redelivery costs may be deducted or charged where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to an international customer and cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products identified as pre-order items are products expected to become available at a future date.
Any estimated dispatch or arrival date provided for a pre-order is an estimate only and may change because of manufacturing, freight, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant delay affecting your pre-order, we will endeavour to provide an update where reasonably practicable.
Where an order contains both available and pre-order products, the order may be dispatched together when all items become available unless otherwise stated or arranged.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this section.
